I enjoyed talking to all of the guests and networking, seeing what they do for a living and getting my name out there! I enjoyed working for tips based on how well I did.

Less favoritism between administration and workers and the older workers more willing to help the newer ones

If you’re closing the out time is completely irrelevant, hours are long and most money is made on tips in my position so slow days stink
